No bulk fetching

Configure the registry and MCP (quick setup via Copy to Agent on this page) and your agent can drive the entire component library for development — no need to bulk-download components in advance.

High-frequency, sustained bulk fetching puts the upstream license key at risk and is strictly prohibited. Once detected, the key is banned immediately with no refund.

Normal CLI and MCP usage never triggers this.

If you need a backup, use the provided repositories (pre-fetched snapshots, maintained and updated monthly).

Public trial credentials

Define environment variables in .env.local, then fill in the trial or paid values distributed by the proxy. Variable names stay consistent with the upstream config.

Install command

For first-time use, include shadcn@latest, then you can use shadcn directly to speed up installs.
